Building top watch joke

So three guys are on top of a building. The first guy says " I bet i can drop my watch run down the stairs and catch it before it smashes on the ground" the other two guys make the same bet to see who can do it. so the first guy goes, drops his watch ran down the stairs only to find it smashed on the ground outside.

The second guy goes throws his watch down and ran down the stairs only to find it smashed on the ground. the third guy walks over to the edge drops his watch walks down the stairs, has a quick stop at the bar walks out onto the street and catches his watch. the other two look at him and say " HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?" he replies " well unfortunately my watch is slow"
